Ingredients
- 4-8 Serrano Peppers (4 = mild, 6 = medium, 8 = HOT)
- 1 stalk Cilantro
- 2 large White Onions
- 4 large Tomatoes
- 2 Limes
- 1/8 tsp Cumino
Directions
- Dice peppers, cilantro, onions, and tomatoes and place in large bowl (Note, slice peppers diagonally first and then dice).
- Sprinkle cumino over ingredients.
- Cut limes in half and squeeze over mixture.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Set aside and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
