Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4-8 Serrano Peppers (4 = mild, 6 = medium, 8 = HOT)
  • 1 stalk Cilantro
  • 2 large White Onions
  • 4 large Tomatoes
  • 2 Limes
  • 1/8 tsp Cumino

Directions

  1. Dice peppers, cilantro, onions, and tomatoes and place in large bowl (Note, slice peppers diagonally first and then dice).
  2. Sprinkle cumino over ingredients.
  3. Cut limes in half and squeeze over mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Set aside and let marinate for at least 2 hours.
