Ingredients
- Meat: 4 lbs. Ground Beef
- Meat: 2 lbs. Ground Pork/Unsmoked Sausage
- Fresh Tomatoes: 2 large chopped
- Bell Peppers: 2 large chopped w/o seeds
- Onions: 2 large chopped
- Green Onions: 1 bunch chopped
- Peppers: 4 Jalapenos or Serranos
- Peppers: 3 habenero optional
- Garlic: 1 whole chopped
- Canned Tomatoes: 1-16 oz can, whole chopped
- Canned Tomatoes: 2-10 oz cans, diced with green chilies
- Tomato Sauce: 2-8 oz cans
- Oregano: 3 teaspoons
- Black Pepper: 4 teaspoons course ground
- Salt: as needed
- Chili Powder: 2 tablespoon
- Cumin Powder: 3 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 6 cups
Directions
- Brown all meat with oil
- Drain most grease from meat
- Chop vegetables while browning meat
- Add rest of ingredients to meat
- Slow cook for 1 to 1.5 hours
