  1. Add Masa, salt, paprika, Baking powder, Chili Pepper to bowl and thoughly mix.
  2. Add Lard to mixture and mix on low.
  3. Add water to mixture.  Mix on low and then let set for 1 minute.  Then mix on low for 1 minute.   Add mote liquid is mixture is too dry.
