Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 pound flank or skirt steak
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in medium-size bowl and mix well. Pour marinade over steak and let it soak for 6 to 8 hours.
