Ingredients
- 2 Navel oranges
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 lemons
- 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons granulated cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Peel orange, section and chop. Add to bowl.
- Zest Lemons and Limes and add to bowl. Then peel, section and chop lemons and limes and add to bowl.
- Add remainder of ingredients.
