Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic, Minced
  • Jalapeno, Serrano, or other pepper to taste (2 Serrano is mild)
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro (more To Taste!)
  • 1 can (14 Ounce) Whole Tomatoes With Juice
  • 1 cans (10 Ounce) Rotel (diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1  whole Lime Juice

 Directions

  1. Chop Cilantro, Onion, Garlic, and pepper.  Place in blender or food processor and pulse until you get small pieces.
  2. Add remainder of ingredients.
  3. Pulse until you get the consistency that you want.  Periodically tasting to test heat and seasonings.  Adjust as needed.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
