Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 clove Garlic, Minced
- Jalapeno, Serrano, or other pepper to taste (2 Serrano is mild)
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (more To Taste!)
- 1 can (14 Ounce) Whole Tomatoes With Juice
- 1 cans (10 Ounce) Rotel (diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies)
- 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
- 1 whole Lime Juice
Directions
- Chop Cilantro, Onion, Garlic, and pepper. Place in blender or food processor and pulse until you get small pieces.
- Add remainder of ingredients.
- Pulse until you get the consistency that you want. Periodically tasting to test heat and seasonings. Adjust as needed.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
